Energetic cleansing:
To clean your stones, run them under lukewarm tap water for at least 2 minutes.
Charge gemstones:
After cleaning under running water, place them in the sun for a few hours. Best in the morning or evening, about half an hour after sunrise or before sunset. The solar energy charges the stones, which they release to us during use.
