Shipping policy

A. Shipment

The ordered goods will be shipped exclusively with professional parcel service providers (DHL, FedEx) and forwarding agencies. The following costs will be incurred:

I. Shipment within Germany

As a rule, for deliveries within Germany, depending on the weight of the delivery, we charge as follows:

Up to 10 kg: 9,95 EUR
Up to 31,5 kg: 14,95 EUR

If, due to an incorrect delivery adderss, there are repeated costs for a new shipment of the ordered goods, the costs for the repeated shipment shall also be borne by the buyer.

II. Shipment to countries outside Germany

Deliveries to countries outside Germany will be charged as follows:

1. EU:
Up to 10 kg: 25,00 EUR
Up to 31,5 kg: 54,00 EUR

2. Other countries:
Up to 10 kg: 105,00 EUR
Up to 31,5 kg: 261,00 EUR

If, due to an incorrect delivery address, there are repeated costs for a new shipment of the ordered goods, the costs for the repeated shipment shall also be borne by the buyer.

III.

For shipments over 31,5 kg, we will inform you of the shipping costs as part of the order processing. Customs matters are to be handled by yourself.

B. Delivery restrictions

We deliver while stocks last.

C. Delivery time

Due to the variety of products we offer, it is not possible to give an overall delivery time at this point. For the exact delivery time of the respective product within Germany, please refer to the product information in the online shop.

D. Prices

All prices are in Euros and include the German legal value added tax. Shipping costs will be added.

E. Payment methods

We offer the possibility to pay your order by prepayment, credit card or PayPal.
