Levana Spa – Experience the Levana Spa

Exclusive wellness areas have become a figurehead of successful hotel operations. With our expertise, we have accompanied our client from initial Spa Concept design to the optimisation of all day-to-day operations. Thus, arose in about 4,000 square metres a wellness resort of luxury with the Levana Spa. We are pleased to present our services which we had provided to this luxurious wellness resort.

The Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy hotel is picturesquely situated directly on the Marmara Sea. All 30 suites and 254 rooms offer a beautiful, direct sea view. The Levana Spa was built in this dream-like atmosphere, which we implemented in all areas.

Starting from a comprehensive feasibility study, including a competition and financial analysis, we chose the theme to suit the region of the hotel. Thus, the Ottoman-Turkish traditions of the ancient world spanned thematically all areas of the 4,000 sqm spa. The spa concept takes its guests into the world of 1001 nights and combines centuries-old treatments with modern comforts.

As part of our FF&E and OS&E consulting, we selected both the equipment of the spa and fitness centre as well as the operational commodities for the provision of services. We also brought our experience to the design of the light and music concept at the spa.

Our pre-opening service included the Levana Spa’s purchase of products as well as the presentation of these products and related services. In the area of IT, we implemented a merchandise management system, the spa software and the interfaces to the hotel’s own software.

During construction acceptance, we accompanied the project manager of our client and worked with the snagging of the spa and all relevant areas. Finally, we supported a trial run of the whole spa and were still available to the team after the opening.

For the marketing, we worked on the development of a consistent corporate identity, created a strategic and operational marketing plan and communicated messages via print and online channels.

In the field of personnel, we served as a pivotal partner for the pre-selection of application and conducting of interviews. For the existing employees, we designed service standards and training manuals for all areas of spa operations.
